Scott Lurding is the founder and CEO of Altus Advisory Partners. He has 20 years of experience in higher education, consulting, and business. He served as the Associate Secretary (Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer) of the Phi Beta Kappa Society for ten years, where he worked with hundreds of college and university presidents, provosts, and senior administrators. Prior to that, he worked at consulting firms CEB and Accenture, and was involved with several start-up companies.
Scott is the author of a Harvard Business School case, and has been a guest lecturer at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He served as a judge for the U. S. Professors of the Year program for eight years. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he majored in English and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
